Mold Pre-Heating & Descaler

prevent stemming inside the refrigerant line. Preheating allows the reduction of working hours for the production of high quality.

Comparison of temperature and efficiency after user (Using scale-removing agent)
- It takes 40 minutes to increase the mold temperature by 18.8℃ from 30.7℃ to 49.5℃ before scaling (0.47℃/min).
- It takes 31 minutes and 2 seconds to increase the mold temperature by 22.5℃ from 27℃ to 49.5℃ after scaling (0.72℃/min).
- Even if cooling water of the same temperature is used for circulation, the difference in mold temperature of 4.5℃ between before scaling (46.5℃) and after scaling (51℃) enables the shortened cycle time.
- A mold, of which the mold temperature will not be decreased, is required elimination of scales for the first measure.
