It has an efficient management on material blending processing, can weigh and mixes six types of material accurately and high-efficiently.
It can be used in the fields of injection molding machines, blow molding machines and extrusion lines. The max blending capacity is 2500kg/h.
With advanced ratio analysis software, the blenders are not restricted by ingredient, raw material and environment. It calibrate automatically after each material weighting which ensures accuracy.

Various specification stainless steel hopper is easy to clean and convenient to take down and install. Customers choose the hopper according to the material and dosage. - Modular Loading and Unloading
Can be installed in the main machine directly, and also can used as a centralized mixed stand. Please match function support structure that with storage hopper and suction box when used in centralized mixed stand. - Intelligent Control System
Color touch control panel, man-machine dialogue intelligent interface, autonomous optimization, automatic calibration, intelligent suppress vibration, via compared setted data with real and calculated, optimization mixed process continuously, to ensure material blending more precise. - Network Management
USB interface or Ethernet data connection is convenient for updating and revising data through computer and network to realize the remote operation and monitoring. - Multi-station Conveying
EGC series gravimetric blender with optional multi-station transmission control function can control one blower station and seven units of suction. It can mix up to six kinds of material and convey the mixture to the main unit. - Full Detachable Cleaning
Storage hopper uses building block system. Storage hopper uses demountable material liquid-level window and removable hopper. When chainging material, the storage hopper can be dismounted easily and cleaned. - Humanized Monitoring
Multi-site silos transparent windowing is standard configuration, users can observe and monitor whole blending process via transparent windowing that installed in storage hopper and mixed bin.

EBU Suction Box
- Cutting material before dried material enter pipeline, avoid material vestigital in the pipeline.
- Control output via adjust cutting time, avoid suction too much and stayed in the storage hopper too long that interfere molding.
- Can select dried air circulation feeding.
